In this class I show you an original character design that I take from a really quick ruff graphite illustration - into the digital realm. - I refine it - outline in vector graphics - and then fully render it in color using Affinity Designer. I talk about all the processes I do and how I think about rendering it be used in story books, comics. and a animated rig. I talk about the specific tools I use to get certain effects and the final commercial rendering. *bonus - is I share a specific function of Affinity Designer that works great for someone like me who prefers to work mainly as a traditional drawing and painting.
