The right company logo can really grab attention, make a strong first impression and form the foundation of your company brand message. So why choose wildlife as a base for your logo? We all know an owl can convey wisdom, or a lion can portray strength. A Fox symbol can represent intelligence and slyness. An Elephant power, dignity, intelligence and peace. Using nature and animals can convey a very strong sense of identity and meaning without the need for words - this is a great basis for a logo and sets the tone of your brand in an immediate way.
During this course we'll go through the steps for taking inspiration from nature in your own garden, local park or nature reserve, how to translate that into a meaningful design that works for a multitude of applications and then progress to creating a professional vectored file that can be scaled up or down to any size and sent to any reproduction house for use on everything from billboards to business cards. There's no reason why you couldn't use an alternative such as Procreate if you prefer it. This course is more about learning the design process rather than a software tutorial although naturally, use of the software for this particular task is included in the course!
