Welcome! In this class, you will learn how to improve your watercolor painting skills, color balance, and composition. I will show you how to paint these beautiful petunia flowers. This class will help you practice your skills when working with still life objects. Next, I will show you the swatches of all of the colors used throughout this project. For the pot, I will show you the wet on wet technique. When working on the petunias I show you both wet on wet but also just working on dry areas, without the extra water. This class is great for artists of any level and will teach you many tips, tricks, and new techniques! I have listed down below the supplies that I used throughout this painting. The supplies listed are just guidelines for new students/artists. A reference photo is located down below as well.
