Glitchy Systems contains from the scratch designed sounds, bass, drums, leads, fx loops and drums one-shots from various analog and digital sources. These sounds are inspired by Buchla's first modular electronic music system and early electronic music experimentations of the the 1970s. Buchla's equipment was used by pioneer sound designers and composers of the time like Suzzane Ciani.

Don Buchla didn't consider his instrument to be a synthesizer, as he meant for it to be used to create new sounds. The machines used a different method of generating timbre compared to other synthesizers of the day, favoring complex oscillators by using both frequency and amplitude modulation, dynamic waveshaping, and particular methods of voltage control that all contributed to its distinct sound.

With the same goal of creating original sounding samples we used various standard and non-standard equipment to bring you this pack for your Experimental Electronica, Techno, Industrial and tracks in similar genres. Beside synth, bass and various FX loops all drum one-shots were designed exclusively to give you a different sounding drum machine!
