Aniek captures the spontaneity of handwriting but doesn’t try to imitate the irregularity and imperfection of the human hand. The characters, for example, are not connected, proportions were harmonised and the rhythm and spacing made more even. This makes Aniek suitable for even longer paragraphs of text and small sizes. Aniek is available in seven weights, each with Latin-Extended characters-set covering the majority of European languages.
