• Open Photoshop, and click on the Actions Palette menu button (located in the top-right of the Actions Palette Select “Load Actions” Select file with .atn extension from the download – that’s it. 
• To use it just open your image then open action folder called “Custom Toning Effects” and choose action you want to use. 
• Then press “play” button on the bottom of the action palette.
