This action takes a flat image and gives it a refined vintage tone similar to Platinum/Palladium prints. Generally this should be applied to a black and white image, but interesting things can happen adding it to color as well. The depth of the tone goes far deeper than can be achieved in LR or using a simple color filter. The layer and opacity settings are made available after the action runs (layer palette) for nearly infinite adjustment possibilities. If you just want cool tones use the result as is, or refine. Then print on a medium of your choice. If you're trying to achieve the traditional Platinum look, keep your start image B&W and low contrast, then print on a fiber based paper for a natural authentic feel.
