My presets are inspired by the family photos taken when I was a child, all shot on film. My colours aren’t meant to emulate film, but the feeling I get from looking at film photographs always informs them. That feeling is hard to describe – certain colors are bold while others are fairly flat, but when they’re combined it’s just very pleasing to my eye. So I created these presets – 4 colour and 2 B&W – from a place of feeling, rather than a place of purely technical thinking. The skin tones were a main focus for me and I kept them very neutral. I hope they give your photos exactly that feeling you’ve been after.
